David is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, a Solicitor of Supreme Court of N.S.W. Australia and has practiced law as a Barrister and Solicitor in New Zealand for over 30 years.  He is experienced in many areas of law including business and commercial, conveyancing and property, litigation, personal law, mediation, trusts, relationship property and immigration. He has acted for many businesses, individuals, trusts, and organisations throughout Wellington, New Zealand and Overseas. He is a Registered and Foundation member of the NZ Trustee Association and member of the NZLS Property Law Section.

Prior to graduating in Law, David obtained a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, including computer science and engineering and worked in the Computer industry as a contract programmer and analyst. David continues to maintain an interest in computing and technology. David enjoys sailing, computer programming and other technology and is married with 4 children.

Don is qualified in both Law and Accounting. He has undertaken a broad range of legal work, including tax, employment, litigation and criminal law.

Don has over twenty years’ specialist tax experience both in the private sector and prior to this with the Inland Revenue Service, where he worked in Rulings and Tax Policy. This encompassed issues at all levels, from advising on tax implications of major cross-border financing structures down to local property GST issues. He has also had experience in handling tax disputes, and in negotiating arrangements for taxpayers in temporary difficulty.

Since then Don has worked in two major law firms as a specialist tax consultant before joining Becker & Co.

In his spare time Don is a keen violinist and fisherman.

Nina graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English and Philosophy from Victoria University of Wellington. Nina is a Barrister and Solicitor and a dog lover (particularly of her border collie "Star"), an excellent cook and has a strong interest in travel.

Richard graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Victoria Unviersity of Wellington. He is a Barrister and Solicitor. Prior to studying law, Richard worked in the print industry in Auckland, the United Kingdom and Bermuda. In his spare time, Richard enjoys reading, playing golf and tennis, watching rugby and spending time with his family and friends.

Tracey has been working as a personal assistant and office manager for Becker & Co since 1995. Prior to that had worked for another Law Firm for 5 years as Receptionist and Legal Secretary. Tracey is often the first point of contact and as Office Manager / Legal PA handles most office duties including trust accounting, accounts payable and PA to the Principal.

Tracey lives in the Wairarapa with her partner and 2 children.

Wei has been working as Chinese customer contact and assistant for Becker & Co for 7 years. Wei is often the first point of contact for Chinese customers. Wei provides interpretation both in-house and remotely.  He has been involved in many cases, and has very strong customer relationship skills, both verbal and written interpretation skills,.  Wei has dealt with both domestic and international customers in many different areas.

Apart from interpretation, Wei obtained Master of Information Technology with distinction from Massey University, Wei has also been working as software developer, lead and manager for many years, has managed a development team to achieve a number of successful outcomes and has strong technical and analytic skills across a variety of fields, including academic research, personal banking, housing, travel and finance.

In his spare time, Wei also tutors Mandarin, enjoys sports, and had practiced Martial arts for many years.
